The TrailRax Ford Bronco Half-Rack is engineered for Bronco owners seeking durability, versatility, and modular functionality. Constructed from 5052 3/16" aluminum, the one-piece side panels provide extreme rigidity, a 90-degree bent channel, and mounting flexibility for gear, tools, and accessories.
Precision anodized black aluminum extrusions, made locally in Utah, deliver high stress and deflection ratings for maximum load capacity. Crossmember cutouts and pre-slotted side panels allow easy accessory installation and customization.
The clamping mounting system secures to the OEM Ford hardtop, with front rails bolting into existing windshield studs for added stability. The Pak Rax mounts directly to the side panels, distributing weight to reduce stress on the MIC hardtop while increasing capacity.
This modular roof rack is ideal for overlanders, desert racers, and off-road enthusiasts, with the ability to upgrade or expand as your adventures grow. MIC hardtop required.

Ford rates the Bronco roof with a factory rack at "Max load 110 lbs dynamic and 450 lbs static evenly distributed." All these weights will be at your discretion as they are above Ford's "recommended" capacities. We build our rack to be capable on its own of withstanding 300 lbs static, and 150 lbs dynamic. GVWR and other factors such as roof materials, the center of gravity, and wind dynamics all apply to any load you put on top of a vehicle, and you, as the user, are responsible for the safe loading and operation of your vehicle.
