Shipping policy

Most orders over $75 placed on our site destined to a location to the lower 48 states will be shipped for free. AK, HI, and Canada orders will receive a discounted shipping invoice after your order has been placed. PLEASE SEE ARMOR/RACK DISCLAIMER BELOW. We keep most of the products offered on our site on-hand, and ship out within 2-3 business days (in many cases sooner).

For Wheel orders, most will ship at a flat rate of $40 per order (per set of 4) unless stated otherwise. This will be a separate charge added to your invoice and must be paid before your wheels will ship. 

However, in the event of a stock shortage some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to expedite delivery to you. In the event an order will experience delays of shipping greater than 5 business days you will be contacted directly via the email address you have provided with this information.

ALL ARMOR/RACKS that travel freight will have a shipping charge (primarily large bumpers/sliders). This cost will be EXACT cost to get the product to you. You will receive an invoice adjustment 1-3 business days after order to satisfy the additional costs before your order is complete. Please note that some armor items may ship Free or at a Flat Rate. Please reach out prior to purchasing if you have any questions. Any orders placed but are cancelled after 24 hours are still subject to our cancellation fee.

Addictive Desert Designs Bumpers ship for a starting Flat Rate of $100 + an additional $80 residential delivery fee (if delivering to a business address this fee may be waived). Any additional Bumpers purchased on the same order are discounted to $50 per item

Product Availability & Shipping Policy

We utilize multiple sourcing channels to provide our customers with the widest possible selection of products, including:

• On-hand inventory stocked in our warehouse
• Direct drop shipping from manufacturers
• Authorized distribution partners and supplier networks

Because we source products through multiple channels and inventory levels can change rapidly, we cannot guarantee that website inventory status accurately reflects current product availability at all times. Items displayed for sale may occasionally be out of stock, backordered, discontinued, or subject to extended lead times.

If you have questions regarding product availability, lead times, or shipping estimates, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly before placing your order. Our team will be happy to verify current availability and provide the most up-to-date information possible.

Orders will be processed and fulfilled through the most efficient sourcing channel available at the time of purchase. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, manufacturer processing times, and distribution partner inventory.

Hotshot Offroad is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will assist you the best we can with how to set up a claim with the carrier; but we as a business are not responsible for any packages that may become lost or stolen during transit and it is the customers responsibility to work with the carrier or the on the missing items.
