Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
**PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY AT RETURNS@HOTSHOTOFFROAD.COM FOR SPECIFIC RETURN INSTRUCTIONS AND DO NOT JUST SHIP THE ITEM BACK**
Our return policy covers new and unused items in their original packaging 30 days from the delivery date of your purchased item(s). Verification of delivery will be determined by using the postal carrier’s tracking information.
We understand that we are not able to stock every item that we sell at all times. As a result, we are allowing for back orders, handling times, etc if we utilize the drop shipping option for faster delivery.
Return Expectations:

When sending us an email, please do the following:
- Send email to – “Returns@HotshotOffroad.com”
- Subject Line – “Return Request – (your invoice number)”

Include the following in the body of your email.
- Your name
- The item(s) that you would like to return
- Any additional information that you find relevant
- Photos (we may request them anyway)
Return Terms:
- 20% restocking fee on all orders (restock fee is a max amount of $150)
- Returner must be able to furnish a receipt or proof of purchase.
- No returns will be allowed on custom/made to order products or gift cards.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
- Shipping costs are your responsibility, and will not be refunded.
Exchanges:

Exchanges will only be allowed as a result of damaged or defective equipment.
- Each manufacturer has differing guidelines on resolution so please send us a message to allow for proper handling.
Refunds:
- Once we have received your return(s) it will be submitted for review.

You will receive an email indicating whether your returned product’s refund has been approved or declined.
- If declined, your item will be returned to you.
- If deemed satisfactory we will process your refund via the same method which you paid (unless other arrangements have been made).
- If you have received your refund email, and have not seen any activity in your method of payment’s account within 3 days, please reach out to us at returns@hotshotoffroad.com for resolution.
Cancellations:
- We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible from our distribution. But we do understand that customer's may need to cancel an order. If your order has not already processed and/or shipped, and the total order amount is $350 or less, we allow a 24 hour period for anyone to cancel their order if needed without any cancellation fees. However, any orders that are $350 or more and/or are past 24 hours of the order being placed, the order is deemed as an order in processing and are subject to a cancellation fees. This includes items that may be on backorder or are a pre-ordered item. Please note that items that receive a shipping charge (such as freight or items shipped to AK or HI) after your order is placed is considered an order in processing and any fee's associated will be applied to the cancellation request.
- Please note: From November 1st through December 31st each year, due to holiday demand and peak processing volume, all orders—regardless of when the request is made—are subject to our cancellation fee. This fee is applied to all orders regardless of the amount of the order.
- What qualifies for a cancellation fee:
- Any orders equaling $350+ USD and/or are past 24 hours are subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee*
- Some items are deemed as a Final Sale regardless of the price. Any item listed as Final Sale is considered as such and any cancellation requests will automatically be subject to the cancellation fee unless noted otherwise.
- If you are cancelling only a certain item(s) on your order and those items do not equal the specified amount above; the customer will not be charged a cancellation fee.
- Some manufacturers have their own cancellation policies in effect. If any fee's are associated upon us cancelling the order on the customer's behalf, the customer is subject to the additional fee's as well. This includes our fee as well as the manufacturers.
- We, as many other dealer, utilize drop shipping from distribution channels as well as manufactures from time to time. If either the distributor or manufacturer has already processed your order and the order cannot be stopped or cancelled, customers must follow our return policy standards. All orders will be subject to any and all associated fee's.
- All fee's will be deducted from the customer's refunded amount. Standard refund policy and timing standards apply.
