Built from 5052 3/16" aluminum, the one-piece side panels offer extreme rigidity, durability, and load capacity, with a 90-degree bent channel providing 360° mounting flexibility for additional accessories.

Our precision anodized black aluminum extrusions (TSLOTS) are made in Utah, cut to length, and stress-tested for maximum weight capacity and minimal deflection. Crossmembers include machined cutouts for easy hardware installation without removing the bars.

The included wind deflector minimizes wind noise, and the cutout is compatible with Heretic Studio or Baja Designs 40" off-road lights, allowing flush mounting while keeping the rack level.

Installation is simple: the clamping system mounts to the OEM Ford hardtop, with front rails attaching to existing windshield studs for added stability. The Pak Rax mounts directly to the side panels, distributing weight and reducing stress on the MIC hardtop.

Ford rates the Bronco roof with a factory rack at "Max load 110 lbs dynamic and 450 lbs static evenly distributed." All these weights will be at your discretion as they are above Ford's "recommended" capacities. We build our rack to be capable on its own of withstanding 850 lbs static, and 300 lbs dynamic. GVWR and other factors such as roof materials, the center of gravity, and wind dynamics all apply to any load you put on top of a vehicle, and you, as the user, are responsible for the safe loading and operation of your vehicle. Please review your Owner's Manual to review your recommended payloads for your Bronco.
