Excellent Performance and Off-Road Handling with Adjustable Ride Heights

If your 2019-2022 Ranger is destined for aggressive off-road adventures, then Bilstein has your back with their B8 6112 Front Coilover Assemblies. These powerful suspension upgrades give your Ranger awesome off-road capability and can soak up violent impacts from rough terrain, all while maintaining good street ride quality. The Bilstein 6112 coilovers feature a large-diameter shock body and specially-designed coilover spring that both work together to give your Ranger a huge improvement in handling and off-road performance all without breaking your bank. The 6112 coilover assemblies even feature adjustable ride height settings using snap ring system, allowing you to set your truck at 0", .4", .8", 1.2", 1.6", 2.0", or 2.5" of front ride height on 4WD trucks to help you clear larger wheel and tire combinations while reducing your factory rake. On RWD trucks, the 6112s are capable of .7", 1.1", 1.6", 2.0", 2.4", or 2.9" The 6112 front suspension kit is a great choice for a truck destined for off-road applications on a budget.

60mm Shock Body with Digressive Valving and Bilstein Spring

The Bilstein 6112 Front Coilover Assemblies feature a durable construction with a piston and valving designed to handle aggressive applications. The coilovers are built around a 60mm diameter (2.36") shock body that has a much larger oil capacity than stock and features a zinc plated finish to help prevent corrosion. The shock assembly utilizes a gas-charged monotube internal design with a digressive piston with valving tuned specifically for your truck. The coilover assembly comes with a new Bilstein spring and billet spring seats that use a snap ring to fit into grooves on the shock body for ride height adjustments. The assembly reuses the factory upper coilover mount, bump stop, and hardware. The B8 6112 kit comes with installation and ride height adjustment instructions.

Improves Handling Performance while Greatly Reducing Heat Soak and Fade

2019-2022 Rangers destined for aggressive off-roading are going to need a shock that doesn't only handle violent articulation, but one that also provides fade-free performance no matter how hard you're pushing your aggressive Ranger build. The Bilstein 5160 Remote Reservoir Rear Shock features everything you know and love about the Bilstein 5100s, but also adds in a complete remotely-mounted reservoir that provides more oil, vastly improved heat dissipation, and slightly more travel than the standard 5100 rear shock. The 5160 features a high-strength construction and finely-tuned valving that gives your Ranger excellent reliability and a great ride on both the street and off of it. The shock can handle 0-2" of rear lift, allowing you to use larger blocks or add-a-leaf kits for additional tire clearance.

Gas-Charged Monotube Design with Remotely-Mounted Reservoir

Each shock was designed from the ground up to provide both a huge increase in performance and fade-resistance over the factory rear shock. The 5160 rear shock utilizes a gas-charged, monotube internal design with a 46mm internal diameter that provides improved rebound and response over stock. Bilstein designs each of the 5160 rear shocks with velocity-sensitive digressive valving that helps provide a smooth and clean ride on the street, while still easily handling off-road abuse. The remotely-mounted reservoir can be mounted to the shock piggy-back style with the shock's included hardware, or away from the main shock body thanks to its unique swivel banjo-fitting and malleable hose. Both the shock and the reservoir feature a clear zinc-plated finish for protection against corrosion.

These rear shocks are the perfect replacements for the stock shocks and come backed by Bilstein's legendary quality and performance. The Bilstein B8 5100 shocks are built from scratch to offer your Ranger a very defined experience. The specialized valving and high-quality piston of these shocks provide excellent off-road performance, better comfort on uneven terrain, improved towing control, and a fade free performance!

Features Better Components & Installs Easily

The Bilstein Ranger 5100 shocks bolt-on in place of your factory rear shocks and use the best components for excellence. The 5100 rear shocks are built around a monotube, nitrogen gas-charged design for fade-free performance. Each shock uses self-adjusting deflective disc valving, which adapts to different road conditions and provides excellent response in almost any application. The shock's digressive piston adapts to changing road conditions. The smooth body of each shock is made out of heavy-duty steel and features a 46mm diameter build for a strong shock. A zinc-plated finish and a Triple-C coating adds a great look. When collapsed, the shock reaches 15.55" and 24.71" when fully extended. Bilstein includes all necessary installation instruction and hardware.
