8112 Front Coilover Pair (With Options) | 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra

Upgrade the front suspension of your 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra with a matched pair of Bilstein B8 8112 coilovers. Choose standard ZoneControl CR or the externally adjustable ZoneControl CR DSA+ version to suit your driving and tuning preferences. Each selection includes two complete front coilover assemblies.

Position-Sensitive ZoneControl Technology

The 8112 uses three internal pistons to deliver three compression stages and two rebound stages. Damping changes as the suspension moves through its travel, providing everyday ride control with additional resistance near the ends of the stroke. Compression control helps manage deep suspension inputs, while rebound control reduces harsh extension events.

Large Piston and Remote Reservoir

A 60mm piston and 2.65-inch outside-diameter body provide the foundation for the 8112 system. Remote reservoirs increase fluid capacity and help manage heat during sustained rough-road use.

Choose Your Front Coilovers

8112 ZoneControl CR

Includes 41-326022 and 41-326039. Choose this version for position-sensitive damping with factory-set damping calibration and no external damping knobs. The threaded spring seat allows ride-height adjustment.

8112 ZoneControl CR DSA+ Adjustable

Includes 41-326084 and 41-326091. Adds separate high- and low-speed compression adjustments plus an adjustable Jounce Cut Off (JCO), the internal hydraulic compression stop. Low-speed compression helps tune body motion, while high-speed compression changes response to faster suspension inputs. These speeds refer to shock movement, rather than vehicle speed. The JCO adjustment allows further tuning near full compression.

Fitment and Installation

• For 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra applications. Select components around your specific drivetrain and suspension setup.
• Aftermarket upper control arms are required and sold separately.
• Typical front lift: 2.25-3.25 inches on 4WD models and 2.75-3.25 inches on RWD models. Actual height depends on vehicle weight and setup.
• Front-end alignment is required after installation.
