Faster Oil Pressure with Simpler Filter Changes
Factory cartridge-style oil filters have a real downside: the upper oil system can drain down between changes, meaning your engine runs dry for a few extra seconds every time it starts cold. Baxter Performance's FS-101-BK adapter solves that by converting your 2.7L or 3.0L EcoBoost from a cartridge filter to a spin-on style, using a full-flow check valve to keep the upper oil system flooded even when the truck's been sitting.
