Improve the performance of your EcoBoost F-150 by replacing the small, inefficient stock intercooler to reduce heat and produce more power. This intercooler is a bolt-on replacement that features a core over 70% larger than the stock unit. This intercooler's relocation kit also features upgraded aluminum hot-side and cold-side piping with expanded intercooler outlets (3" on each side).

Manufactured from top-grade aluminum and accompanied by upgraded intercooler piping (also aluminum), the CVF Titan High Mount Intercooler features a TIG-welded proprietary bar-and-plate design for maximum durability and fully cast end tanks (imprinted with the CVF logo) to ensure maximum flow of air into the unit and out to your turbo - equaling more consistent airflow and more HP.

APPLICATION AND INSTALLATION

The active grille shutters (AGS) have to be removed for installation. There is no check engine light associated with removal of the AGS and they can be placed back on the vehicle if the intercooler is removed.
