Custom-built by the two-man team at Hotshot Offroad, this 2023 Ford Bronco Outer Banks 2.7L made its debut at SEMA 2025 as a showcase of precision, creativity, and dedication to the off-road community. Designed and assembled entirely in-house, this non-Sasquatch Bronco represents the perfect balance of performance and aesthetics, combining trail-ready toughness with refined craftsmanship. Equipped with an Icon CDXS Stage 7 suspension, Ford Performance 4.88 drivetrain, and a full suite of Diode Dynamics lighting, the build demonstrates the depth of capability achievable through meticulous component integration. The Armadillo Designs custom aluminum hardtop, Anderson Composites carbon fiber body panels, and Pureblind custom vinyl wrap bring a distinctive, head-turning look to match its performance. From the Baer 6T performance brakes to the Ecoflow-powered Fridge and cargo system, every element was thoughtfully engineered to enhance both function and form—showcasing what a small, passionate team can achieve with vision, expertise, and relentless attention to detail.
