The aFe F150 Rapid Induction Intake Kit features both large-diameter tubing and massive air filter that allows your EcoBoost to breath all it needs to in order to gain power and performance. Each intake drops right into place of the factory intake system without the need for any modifications or tuning, making it an easy way to get more out of your hyper-aggressive F150 build. The F150 Rapid Induction Intake was designed from ground up to improve airflow into your F150's motor over the stock intake. Each intake is built around a huge, 5-3/4" diameter filter with a 5-1/2" flange that brings in a massive amount of air. The Pro 5 R filter uses an oiled filter media that allows for big airflow while still providing excellent filtration. The inlet tubing likewise has an extra-large inlet tube that splits to feed both turbo inlet pipes with a huge volume of high-velocity air that outflows stock by up to 55%. The inlet tubing is made out of cross-linked polyethylene with an OE-style textured black finish. The intake system keeps the bottom half of your F150's factory air box and comes with its own heat shielding to help keep your IATs down. The intake comes with all its necessary installation hardware and instructions. The Rapid Induction Intake drops right into place of your F150's stock intake and doesn't require any cutting or drilling for installation, and it does not require tuning for operation.
